Delete your Parchi account
Use this form to request permanent deletion of your Parchi account and its associated data in Parchis Online - Play with Friends. You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in to submit a request.
How to request deletion
- Enter an email address where we can reach you. For Google/email accounts, use your account email when possible.
- Choose your sign-in method. Include your friend code or player ID if you have it; guest accounts require one of these identifiers.
- Confirm and submit the request. We will review it and may contact you to verify that you own the account. An email address or public friend code alone is not proof of ownership.
Review and completion
Account deletion happens after ownership verification and approval by EuropaLab, normally within 30 days of a verified request. It is permanent and removes game progress and virtual coins. It does not delete your Google account.
What will be deleted?
- Your Firebase sign-in account, email/account linkage and player profile, including name and picture reference.
- Coins, level, stars, personal match/reward history and leaderboard identity.
- Friends, invitations, online presence and stored private-chat conversations associated with the account.
What may remain, and for how long?
Shared game/payout records are anonymized to preserve remaining players' results; non-identifying aggregate totals may remain. We keep the completed request record and a one-way account-block marker for 30 days after completion, then purge them. Unverified requests are removed after 90 days. Device copies, screenshots and independently controlled provider/security records are explained in our privacy policy.
